Through supplements, Bone Density = Bone Health: While I have said that bone density is not a measurement of bone health, we do know that if you are increasing your bone density via a nutritional program that supports bone formation, then you can infer from the results that you have increased bone health as well as bone density. The tests were done by the same doctor, and on the same machine (as that is important for comparisons to be made). My most significant area of increase was in my spine (14%). Since my wrists were not scanned the first time, I don't have a baseline for my new wrist scan, and therefore they are not included here.
